Award of Excellence: CIPAN confers Fellow award on ex-Nsit Atai LG boss

Hon. Emem Ibanga, the immediate past Chairman, Nsit Atai Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State, has been conferred with Fellow, Chartered Institute of Public Administrators of Nigeria during the 24th Annual National Conference of Public Administrators of Nigeria.

The Registrar of the institute, Dr. Emmanuel Olufowose, who did the presentation said Ibanga has succeeded in the requirements to the President and Chairman of Council, Chartered Institute of Public Administration of Nigeria, Bashorun Babatunde Rotinwa, who pronounced her Fellow of the institute.

Other recipients of the award were Dr. Aliyu Magatakarda Wamakko, former governor of Sokoto State; Rasaq Obe, Commissioner for Energy and Mineral Resources, Ondo State, Dr. Mohammed Funmilayo Akande, Chairman, Apapa-lgamu LCDA, Lagos State and Saater Godfrey Tiseer, Majority Leader, Benue State House of Assembly.
