Adetoun Otepola is a real Estate expert with a dynamic career spanning over 3 decades. She is the Founder and CEO of Solid Foundation Group, a Real Estate company that has metamorphosed into a Group of Companies; Adetoun Otepola Consulting (a registered firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers), ATT Facilities (facilities management company) and Solid Foundation Estates Limited.

She serves as the Executive Director for Strategic Partnerships at Sweepdrones, a Council member and Treasurer for IFMA Nigeria and a Board member of the International Real Estate Federation, FIABCI Nigeria Chapter.

She is an Alumni of Lagos Business School and holds a certification in Sales and Marketing from the International Business School, Canada.

Adetoun is passionate about Home Ownership for Nigerians in the Diaspora and young adults embracing a savings culture to own their homes in spite of the high interest rates in Nigeria. This led to the launch of the HOME (Home Ownership Made Easy) programme in 2020, which is supported by Sterling Bank Plc, one of the foremost financial institutions in Nigeria.

Adetoun is not only a seasoned Estate Surveyor and Valuer, but also a visionary Business Strategist and an International Speaker recognized for her versatility in the real estate sector. She has spearheaded significant initiatives and played a crucial role in shaping the real estate industry. Her ability to navigate complex real estate dynamics, coupled with her dynamic insight, has made her a sought- after speaker at global real estate forums, where she shares her expertise and vision for the future of the industry.

Adetoun is a Realtor and a Certified International Property Specialist, (CIPS). She is also a Facility Management Professional, (FMP) and a member of several professional bodies including the following:
