The Lagos State Deputy Governorship candidate of the Zenith Labour Party, ZLP, Moses Adekoyejo Kassim Esq has expressed optimism that his party’s candidates will win the next Gov’ship/State Assembly elections, come March 18, 2023.
Kassim, a former Magistrate and son of an erudite ex-Lagos judge who is contesting alongside Adenipebi Mode Adekunle, the Governorship candidate of the party, said judging by the party’s teaming loyalists in all 20 Local Government Councils in the the state, Zenith Labour Party will coast home to victory on Saturday.
He dropped the hints while addressing mammoth crowd of supporters of ZLP at both Eti-Osa and Ajeromi-Ifelodun council areas of Lagos State on Tuesday.
While thanking the party’s loyalists for their brilliant performance in the last presidential/NASS elections, Barrister Kassim said they could do more and better in the forthcoming Guber/Assembly polls.
“Let us rise up en masse and achieve victory at last in Lagos State, realizing that a vote for Zenith Labour Party is a vote for Economic Revolution and ease of doing business”, he said.
Stressing the party slogan, Last on the Ballot, first in your Mind, Barrister Kassim ruled out the possibility of his party forming alliance with any other parties, saying the last meeting with the party loyalists is to ensure massive turn out of voters on Saturday.
“We know that not up to half of our supporters came out to vote last Saturday, else we would have led the table of the winners; we want to encourage you to come out on Saturday and vote us into power.
“We have what it takes to make Lagos State better than what we can see presently, where everybody matters, ethnic or no ethnic, religious or otherwise. We can do this with our PVCs in our hands and make reasonable and realistic change.
