ARISE WITH RENEWED HOPE INITIATIVES INAUGURATES IKONO CHAPTER

…As Ntatam Makes the Advisory Committee List

A significant leadership formation in one of the foremost grassroots political platforms – the Arise With Renewed Hope Initiative, Ikono Chapter – has been inaugurated with Kenny Eka, who is to steer the affairs of the group to success in the 2027 general elections, as Coordinator.

The inauguration which occurred last Thursday at the Headquarters of Ikono Local Government is part of the ongoing efforts to position the Initiative for greater impact in community politics, development, youth empowerment, and social welfare interventions across Ikono.

The Head of the Initiative, Engr Uwem Okoko, said the group was on a serious delivery mission and charged the new leadership to live up to expectations.

According to him, the Initiative is to work for the re-election of the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, His Excellency, Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Senator Godswill Obot Akpabio, and Governor Umo Bassey Eno of Akwa Ibom State.

In a notable development, Akparawa Emmanuel Ntatam, PhD, a respected figure renowned for his philanthropy and commitment to human capital development, was named member of the Advisory Committee.

His inclusion is widely seen as a strategic move aimed at strengthening the Initiative’s vision through the provision of experienced guidance to the emerging leadership team.

Sources within the organisation disclosed that the new leadership with seasoned politicians is expected to build upon the existing foundation of the Initiative across the State, while introducing innovative approaches that will produce the anticipated victories for the trio of President Tinubu, Senate President, Godswill Akpabio, and Governor Umo Eno in the forth-coming general elections.

Speaking on the development, the Coordinator of the just constituted political group and SA to the Senate President, Hon. Kenny Eka, expressed optimism about the future of the Initiative, noting that the structure reflects a renewed commitment to service and excellence, and calls for the cooperation of all in the discharge of the task ahead.

Akparawa Ntatam, while speaking with newsmen, expressed gratitude to God for the recognition, and pledged excellent delivery on the mandate given to ensure Ikono makes positive impact in the 2027 general elections.

Stakeholders and community members have also welcomed the birth of the new group under Kenny Eka, describing it as a step in the right direction. The inclusion of credible and visionary personalities in the Advisory Committee is viewed as confidence booster for the Initiative with the belief that it will attract broader support.

With the new leadership in place, expectations are high that the Initiative will scale up its activities and further consolidate its impact in Ikono and beyond.
