ECGMI Concludes Annual August Spiritual Gathering, Consecrate Worshippers.

The Everlasting Christ Gospel Mission International, ECGMI, Mbiabong Ikot Udo Uso in Uyo Metropolis has concluded a 4 day spiritual gathering tagged “A Call To Come.” The gathering took place at the Headquarters of the church at Mbiabong Ikot Udo Uso in Uyo metropolis from Thursday 27th to Sunday the 30th.The Leader of the church, Most. Rev. Friday Ibanga, KSMT, PJHR Diplomat during the 4 day event took his congregation through the principles of the call to come. He used the gathering to undertake a spiritual exercise based on the facts that: everything God promised us is already occupied; human beings should rise above common bread and move into consecrated bread; Human beings should prevail in the court room; human beings should prevail in spiritual groaning; human beings should prevail in the sound of the spirit and prayer alters.He elucidated the principles of success, one of which requires someone to stand in the gab for someone to succeed, with examples of Moses, David, Job, and Samuel in the Bible.He admonished the congregation to spend time in praising and prayers to God almighty for success to come.The four day gathering climaxed on Sunday which was a Thanksgiving Service. Features of the service included renditions by choirs of all branches of the church both within and outside the state. The clergyman enlightened the congregation on there things that bear witness in the world which are blood, spirit and water. He announced that the programme “A Call To Come” is to reactivate spiritual intelligence.The Sunday service was attended by members from all branches of the church, security services and members of the society.The Controller General Immigration Services was represented by Assistant Superintendent of Immigration, ASI, Odudu Atiata who brought a goodwill message from the Service.The Commanding Officer of Nigerian Coast Guards in Akwa Ibom State, Lt. Commander Jephthah Uso presented an award as grand patron of the service on behalf of The Commandant General .The Governor of Association of Nigeria Movie Directors, ANMD, Akwa Ibom State branch Victor Iniama was also in attendance at the church service.Everlasting Christ Gospel Mission International, ECGMI and Chaplain Hospitallar and Human Initiative, CHAHI the humanitarian arm of the church are under the spiritual guidance of Most Rev.( Bishop) Friday Ibanga, KSMT PJHR Diplomat. It has its headquarters at Mbiabong Ikot Udo Uso in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State.
